The mysterious death of a DIA colonel in a remote coal town in West Virginia is the central mystery here. I found the story fairly uninteresting, which is unusual since I like Baldacci's books. However, the CID agent John Puller is the best thing about the book. I saw that he is starring in another book. The character definitely deserves it. ...more
