*NOTE: THIS BOOK BADLY UPSET ME AND HAD ME IN TEARS AT LEAST FIVE TIMES*
While reading this book I was able to harbor hopes of Harvard graduate school, so that kept me from actively disliking this.
I verified that Radcliffe no longer exists, exactly!
I was not just upset over identifying closely with the main character, particularly the part where she and I do not thrive in the water, but also by the underlying motif of who does the housework, and the racial stuff.
