[close] First time author wrote a memorable psychological thriller. Set in the 1920's there were a few times the author used current language or technology that was not period accurate. But for me that didn't distract from the enjoyment of the read. Ms Rindell keeps you guessing until the last page. I was a little disappointed in the rush to tie up loose ends in the last chapter, much faster paced than the rest of the book. Nonetheless, "The Other Typist is well worth the read!
