It's been quite some time since I read leadership/management related book, feels like I am transported back to my MBA days.
It's quite a remarkable book not exactly 5 but somewhere 4.25 stars because sometimes the author's "Why" becomes fuzzy while writing :)
It's a very useful book not only for leaders/businesses/management but even from an individual's perspective. Everyone needs to start with "Why" to be successful, happy and contented.
