It’s been a while since I’ve had a book consume me. This did it. This is a book I couldn’t, didn’t want to put down, nor did I want to finish. Maybe I was so transfixed having been of around that same age in NYC at the same time and frequenting the same places. I feel like I know Lucy and Gabe, not from Faces and Names, but somewhere else. They seeme so familiar.
Well written. Great voice and easily relatable. I really enjoyed the exploration of love and the different types of love we can have in our lives. Also could connect on the idea of regret, the what if’s in our lives. My only criticism of the book was that the ending was a bit predictable.
