What Members Thought
beautifully written, haunting, yet beautiful. I felt connected to the characters - cheering out loud for some, angry with others. At times I felt emotionally drained by the story, but at the same time, I couldn't put it down. I appreciated the authors use of closure with the story as well.

I thought this book had a slow start, but I am so glad I stuck with it to the end. This is a great book club book as there are a variety of things to talk about. I loved that some of the chapters were only 2 pages, easy to pick up and read a quick chapter or two.
