This was good I liked the classic detective style of really interesting characters in piece by piece deconstructing the crime in minute details. The spots of humour were amazing I also really enjoyed the very last quote of the book it was amazing. I kind of figured out who did it quite early on so that took away a little but there was moments throughout the book that I questioned if I was right overall this was a pretty good read and I'll probably read second in the series I hear they get better

The Cuckoo's Calling is crime fiction at its best. JK Rowling...I mean, Robert Galbraith, tells a tale of a down-on-his-luck private detective. I couldn't put the book down. I loved it and I can't wait to read another Cormoran Strike novel!

This was so amazing, I listened to the audio book and I could not get enough. I am not usually into mystery novels but kept me hooked. I highly recommend this the characters and plot are completely engrossing. i will definitely continue with this series.
