I listened to the audio book read by Tim Robbins, and I thought it was one of the worst narrations I have listened to. Every woman had a southern drawl, and every man besides Nick sounded like he was belligerent and or totally intoxicated. It's not my normal genre and I had a hard time figuring out why this is often required reading for high schoolers.
