This is a wonderful book that makes you, as it is supposed to, "believe in God". It is mostly written through the eyes of Pi, a boy who is a Hindu-Christian-Muslim by choice. His family owns a zoo. When they see that the zoo will start to lose profit, they have to sell all the animals that they can and they decide to sail to Canada with a lot of the zoo animals. The ship goes down, swallowing Pi's family and almost all of the crew. Pi escapes with an orangutan, hyena, and zebra in a life raft. F

I started this book thinking it was going to be great... I mean, there's a tiger.. It should be good... And it was for the first 270 pages but the more Pi lost hope the more I got bored... And also the fact that it is very specific on how he kills to eat and feed Richard Parker. Personally, I can not bring myself to read it, I love animals and I don't know... Im Too sensitive... I didn't enjoy this book and I pushed myself to a couple of chapters but I am not the one who wastes her time reading
