Such a good book. So thought-provoking, with just a touch of childhood. The narration is creative, and the portrayal of civilian victims in a war is challenging to the mind. So excellent, and even applicable to current-day struggles. I'm excited by this book, and definitely recommend it.

It is a downer, though, obviously, so it will make you sad. ...more
