It was a good book and sometimes funny. I did not feel it was a great book, but that might be different when you followed SNL. I didn’t and didn’t know a lot about the people which made it less interesting.

Shelves: bio-and-memoir, audiobook, 2015-ultimate-challenge

This was cute and funny. I never really know how to review memoirs, especially by celebrities. ("They did a great job talking about their life. We share almost zero experiences, but several emotions!") I will DEFINITELY recommend the audiobook for this one - it's a triumph of the format, what with audio clips, guest voices, and Amy Poehler giggling.

For the Pop Sugar Challenge, this fulfilled "book recommended by a friend," I guess, since I had no intention of reading it before Caitlin's and Chel ...more

This is probably more around 3 1/2 - 3 3/4 stars. I enjoyed this book, paers of it were very funny and uplifting, and honestly filled with great advice and great insight. I guess part of it started to fizzle at the chapter where she describes the guy throwing the script on her lap. Its not because of that, its just where I remember getting a little turned off.
