This review is going to be slightly different from the ones I’ve done so far. With this one I want to explore a Trilogy in one go rather than individual books. I don’t do fantasy (is this actually fantasy?) very often, if barely ever. I hated Alina. She’s a Katniss-like character and I HATE Katniss. The ending was kinda gimmicky and was too effortless, but alas, I kinda of really liked this book. I never quite understood the obsession with the Darkling but I don’t know if it was the way the audiobook made him sound or what but there were some feels I felt, and not in my heart.
