I am going to give a review on this book, but nothing good has come to mind yet, so let me just start by saying that studying cardiothoracic surgery will probably fry your brain cells. The title of the book is Harvesting the Heart, so if you still don't have an idea about what this book is going to be like, then you must be tired, or you haven't read the back of the book yet. ...more

This was my first Jodi Picoult book I read, and I have been hooked on her books ever since!
I could relate to the main character since I am supporting my husband while he is in school. I love how descriptive Jodi writes and transports her reader to different places.

I'm about a quarter of the way through this one, and I'm still not even sure what it is about! It seems to be all back story with nothing actually happening in the present!
