What Members Thought
I am quite fond of Jodi Picoult's writing, and the writing in this book was no exception. I would probably give this book 4 1/2 stars, but not 5, because it wasn't one of my favorite books EVER. I think that I was impacted by this story because of its focus on one couple, their relationship, and how being a parent changes everything. I could never do as Paige did and walk out on my family no matter what was happening so could not relate to her character. I loved MSK by Picoult but everything else pales in comparasion 4 me! Picoult books often have a twist which this book lacked and overall, I found it to be very average.
I really enjoyed this book despite the theme hitting a little close to home. I must say I would have liked it a little more had there been a definate ending to the book, rather than leaving it up to the reader to determine what happens.
