I did not like the graphic nature of book. Having Comic pages in between the chapters did not lend itself to the book, I think. I did figure out parts before the end so it was disappointing
I love Jodi Picoult, but this is probably my least favorite of hers. Her strength is her great characters, but I had a hard time relating to these.
Some good parts, but overall not my favorite Jodi Picoult. I did not like the ending very much and many parts of the story just did not feel realistic to the story.
This was the first book I ever read from Jodi Picoult and is surely one of my favourites. I loved the comics and their hidden message. The author always chooses some heavy themes to develop on her books and she is surely successful. Many people read because they like the idea of being able to disconnect themselves from reality but Jodi’s books show us the real reality that many of us prefer to ignore. Definitely worth of reading!
