By the title, it's not that hard to guess and/or assume that paranormal activity will be involved. And sure enough, starting at like, page 9, Ross Wakeman is trying to hunt down a ghost that is huanting a couple's bedroom. Anywho, this book is... I don't know, the plot is kind of everywhere. Superb... this is different from other Picoult's books as it delves into the paranormal world. No court scenes which I didn't mind. As per usual, Picoult brings to the fore moral/ethical issues and the pros and cons and makes you really question your values.
She is a great story teller and I always enjoy her books. She remains one of my favourite authors even though she is not for everyone and I certainly have found some of her books really hard going. ...more
