I'm not really sure how many stars this book deserves. I'll keep it like that, but I might one day change it.
This book kept me saying:
History was once today,
When the moment got away.
This is the first time in my life I really understand how a mother loves her child and how children can be loved.
Another thing I learned was, THINK BEFORE YOU ACT!
Even though sometimes you're the one having the right, it doesn't mean that you should act like crazy.

Not as good as a lot of Jodi's writing -- at times it seems like the characters are mechanically stepping thru their roles, in a forced interaction; rather than her normal style of letting you become a part of their world and you are able to relate to how the individuals cope in their situations.
It didn't get better... I finished the book, only because I kept thinking I'd get caught up in the trial; it just made me wish I had dropped the book off someone for someone else.

Great book! The only thing that I was just a little disappointed about was the Prologue.... You basically know the who done it, with what and it what room all in the first page of the book. Which is funny since Jodi reference's the game Clue several times throughout the book.
There were still enough twists and turns to keep the reader captivated from beginning to the very last page!! ...more
