Nineteen Minute is absolutely and with no more doubts deserves to be one of the greatest books that I have ever read. The book is just more than amazing, at least to me is a masterpiece. Surely, this judgment may differ quite a lot, but most of the reviews praise Jodi Picoult for this book .She successfully managed to influence and drag the reader deep down to the novel. This wasn't my favorite Picoult novel. The character development was excellent, and Picoult possesses a phenomenal ability to create empathy for both sides of a controversial topic. The ending was a real disappointment for me. I do not feel like the twist was fully explained, either through symbolism or a blatant verbal explanation. The book read very well until the ending, however, the final two chapters felt very rushed and I was somewhat disappointed.

Read the book a second time this year for a book club discussion...... still hard to read - still one of the best authors around along with Chris Bohj???
