The Pact was great. I had not known what to really expect with this book. I knew what the back of the book said and what the Nest ladies said. I loved this book. I was drawn in from the first page and stayed drawn in until the last page. I loved the families and their relationships. I actually liked the trial and was actually surprised at the ending. This book is something that all mothers and maybe fathers should read. This was a great story and Jodi wrote it out perfectly.

This is one of my favorite Jodi Picoult books, but it's very very sad. I loved the whole book, except for the ending. It seemed it was missing something at the end, though I don't know what. With a lot of her books, she seems to leave the reader without a lot of closure. Regardless, she is still my favorite author.
