Jodi Picoult is fantastic. I love how the charcters she creates have some many layers. This is the story of a man that loved a woman so much he killed her to relieve her of her horrific ordeal with cancer. Does Jamie get away with this "mercy" killing. You'll have to read this amazing and intricate novel and see for yourself. ...more

one of my absolute favorites from Picoult. She explores issues that cause me to think and take sides throughout the novel. I will always want to read and reread this book!
