My least favorite Picoult book that I've read so far. It took me a long time to find the redeeming qualities in the main characters; Allie was too needy, too perfect, Cam was too selfish and stoic, Mia too flighty, and Jamie's grief was layered so thickly I couldn't see more to him. But in the end I felt I knew them well enough to feel for their struggles. It just wasn't my favorite. ...more
