At first I wasn't going to buy it simply because I have way too many books on my "to read list". But then, standing in Walmart, I read the first few pages. Oh wow. Are there ever words to describe how she can make you feel so many different emotions? It was interesting to read from everyone's point of few, which I think broadens how you can relate to a character. It also gives you glimpses that the other characters can't see. I loved this book. Okay, wait, until the very last page. I had to re-r

Another great book by Picoult. She never ceases to surprise me with her endings. It is very evident that she spends a lot of time researching to make her books come to life. HWC gave me a greater understanding of the effect that not only osteogenesis imperfecta but any disability has on one's entire family & those around them. I enjoyed the analogies between Charlotte's baking & their lives. HWC left me wondering what I would have done in Charlotte's shoes. So many topics relevant to today's soc

Another great story by Picoult. Although the courtroom drama is getting to be an ongoing theme in all of her books lately I still enjoyed it. This story about a 6yr old with Brittle Bone disease is brutally eye-opening for someone who has never dealt first-hand with someone living with a disability.

I was wrong. So so wrong. First of all, Jodi really needs to break from her formula, or at the very least find a new one. Controversial topic, courtroom drama, semi-related side plots... at this point it's become boring and predictable. Handle with Care has the added "bonus" of retreading the sick/disabled kid,

Jodi is losing her touch. Handle With Care, like Change of Heart, captured Jodi's ability to convey emotion and her knowledge of the justice system. Both books, however, lacked any real story or sense of drama.

As with all Picoult books, there was a twist at the end. I found this one very predictable... but I think it's because I've read all of her books. I liked it a great deal, as it really made you think about the difficult decisions we all have to make sometimes.

I wasn't sure I would like this at first. I have been having bad luck with Jodi lately, picking some of her not best works. But this one I liked very well.

Similar feeling about this and My Sister's Keeper, in terms of how one child's birth affects an other's. But very good read, deep and not as predictable.

Another great Jodi book, although didn't care for the ending. Seems kinda cheap.
