Leaving Time by Jodi Picoult was not what I expected...

I expected that the book would be consuming, pulling me as each new piece was revealed. I expected the characters to be mostly likable and relatable. I've read all of Jodi Picoult's books, and I really enjoyed this one because of the characters. Each one was unique, well-developed, and likable.
I also found the elephant aspect of the book fascinating and want to read some more about them and their memories/grieving.
I highly recommend this book.

Loved this book! All the clues were there, but it was so skillfully written that the ending still took my by surprise.
