I listened to the audiobook after having watched a few of Brene Brown's videos, including her TED talk. The reader has an unfortunate way with sibilants, and the book's structure required more of my attention than I generally give audiobooks, so I think I'll revisit this in hard copy.

I started to read a digital library copy, but it expired before I finished. Initially inspired by her TED talk, I expected to enjoy the book more than I did. After reading a friend's review, I think I can take the advice she offers in her title and simply move on without reading the rest.
