I have never read "fantasy" books until recently. I dipped my toes in with the fairytale genre, then this is my first foray into traditional fantasy. It won't be my last. It requires a lot of thought to follow all the different characters, races, lands, and languages, so I'll put the sequels on hold for a while, but I really liked Eragon. ...more
