2015 READING CHALLENGE: A book based on or turned into a TV show
Words cannot express my love for this book. I remember my mom reading it to me when I was little and then I was Anne for the next Halloween. Coming back to this book made me understand why. This is one of those classics that EVERYONE should read. I cannot wait to listen to the next one, Anne of Avonlea, on audiobook (like I did this one) because I cannot wait to see what happens next :D

I mostly listened to the audio version of this book read by Kate Burton. Kate made it an excellent audio and represented the lively personality of the orphan girl, Anne in a most colorful way. I got attached to the characters and am looking forward to continuing the series and watching the movie. A wholesome, heartwarming read for these not so innocent times we are living in today!
