I could not put this book down. I loved it. Probably not one so profound I will remember the details of it forever, but since few books keep me so enthralled I stay up until 2:00am to finish them, I'm rating this one 5 stars as that is exactly what just occurred. This book had a slow burn build up to even figure out what the main mystery was. Once it became obvious, I couldn't stop reading until I knew the outcome. Great story!

Though initially intrigued by the summary, I postponed reading this novel fearing it would be too scary for me. But I am very glad I read it eventually. It wasn't as sinister as I had feared, yet terrifying enough to keep me from putting it down. I've read it from cover to back in just 3 evenings, in between my job and sleeping - says it all?

I kept thinking "I've read this book before!" The plot is slightly different, the characters just changed enough that it was "new" but still so similar to a book I read last year about a married woman with amnesia.
Perhaps I saw a made for TV movie with this story line? In any case, it was an odd feeling to read a book and have constant deja vu.
