Space Opera at its finest this is the perfect entry book for anybody seeking to delve into the Sci-Fi genre. It's not too hard to get into, it feels like really familiar it's fast-paced it's plot-driven so if that's definitely something you're looking for it's perfect. It's easy it's accessible and we have a great cast of characters. Now on to those fantastic characters: there's two main ones you've got Miller and Holden.

Formerly my least read/favorite genre, however I have started this ‘Expanse’ series as part of a new goal for 2020–to incorporate more Sci-Fi into my reading repertoire.
I really enjoyed this first book in the series. I found it to be interesting and exciting, much in the same way that I loved the tv show ‘Firefly’, which ‘Leviathan Wakes’ reminds me of.
