I really enjoyed parts of the book, but it felt very similar to others I’ve read. There were some laugh-out-loud moments, some tearful scenes, but it felt like there were too many platitudes and metaphors. Some are fine, but this just seemed to drip in them at times.

Loved, loved, loved this one! Beautifully composed. Reminded me of some of my favorite characters from Steel Magnolias. Loved that I read this during Kelly’s last week at home too because it had some excellent words of wisdom about navigating changes in life.
This is a very sweet story about the power of women and healing.
