I've read this book throughout the years. It's like an old friend I like to meet once a year and reminisce about.
The author died doing what she loved: She was picking leaves of a tree and drowned in the Thames river.
This book has nice illustrations and I like that they kept her handwriting on it. You could get a sense of who she was and that she liked nature. ...more
