This was my audio book the last week or so - and at first I didn't like it at all. 1950's boys. Yuck. Not a girl or female in sight. Stuck with it anyway, and wound up really enjoying. I walked an extra mile at the gym just so I could listen to the end uninterrupted.
I love Bradbury's stories. I hate his 1950's worldview, his (probably) unintentional mysogeny. The whole 'Leave it to Beaver' feel of the things. Once I let that go, I do enjoy his stories.
