I’m not really a graphic novel reader; I tend to have a very hard time figuring out what’s going on. I was confused by some things here, and that’s my fault.
The country of Britain has fallen to totalitarianism. Everyone who is “different” (e.g., gay, foreign) is rounded up and properly dealt with. A vigilante known as V shows up to fight the tyranny.
