Hopefully I’ll come back for a more thought out review, but in the meantime, perfect 5 stars. One of my new top favorite books of all time…

So this book is the ultimate blast to the past for many of us, but if you've only seen the movie, you're in for a treat as well as a few surprises.
Many parts of the screenplay are direct from the novel but there are some significant differences you will note.
It is important that the reader play along with Goldman to get full enjoyment. Be sure to read the author's prefaces, interlocutories, and parentheticals. They are hilarious. A gratuitous gift to the reader from the author. Enj ...more
