From BBC Radio 4 - Classical Serial:
Dramatisation by Christopher Reason of the satirical Czech novel by Jaroslav Hasek that charts the exploits of a WWI soldier.

When he seems to celebrate the death of the Archduke Franz Ferdinand, Svejk is arrested and so starts his progress through the ranks of the Austro-Hungarian army.

Pilihan yang tepat saat mengambil buku ini dari tumpukan. Meskipun buku ini hanya setebal kurang dari tiga ratus halaman, namun ukuran font termasuk kecil, jadi saya perkirakan buku ini termasuk tebal dalam ukuran kebiasaan baca buku saya. This book tells the story of Svejk and his adventures in the military along with a plethora of tales he tells to pretty much anyone who will listen. Though Svejk is in the Czech military during WWI, he never engages in any fighting.
