There's so much to this play that one reading would not do it justice. The more I delve into its characters minds the more I find something new to learn. The book is full of word play and hidden meanings in the text.
Overall, the story beautifully captures the doomed love of Othello and Desdemona. Able and highly esteemed black general Othello and equally free-spritited Venetian noble lady Desdemona. Their love defies all the societal norms of their times and they brave it against all odds. But,
