Shelves: classics, 2017-read, shakespeare, plays, tragedy
I did NOT like this play. The language isn't fun or pretty, and the story is horrific. Reading this immediately after Romeo and Juliet means I also can't help but compare them, and I just feel like Romeo and Juliet has so much more depth to the story, language, themes, and overall feel. ...more
