Such a fascinating, unreal book.
Reading it, I found it hardly credible it was written over 50 years ago. Many of the techniques described here have been since used for brainwashing.
The novel is wel written -I enjoyed pretty much the invented language which heightened the overall feeling of distress. A look in the mind of a psychopath, I didn’t like what I saw, but have to give the author my compliments for describing it is such an alienating, disturbing way without getting way too many gorey d

Still don’t know what about this book I loved so much, but it really is amazing. 4 stars because it’s weird and the words are A LOT to get through (though it does get easier, I don’t want to scare anyone away!)
