What Members Thought
Although I read the Hobbit as a kid, this was my first time to read the Fellowship of the Ring. I wish I might have read it before it became as popular as it is now - before Middle Earth's six movies, and before Tolkien's writing spawned a genre of fantasy. I could not read it with fresh eyes, and I never will.
