I was challenged to read this book by a group I joined here on GoodReads: Never too Late to Read Classics.
I don't gravitate to Westerns. I will admit that the few I have read I have really enjoyed. This book also followed that pattern. It did take me a bit to truly engage in the story, but I was hooked.
So glad to have read this book that I was not aware of until I joined this group! ...more
