Come si fa a parlare di un classico senza dire cose ovvie?
Non si fa. Quindi abbiamo un romanzo tormentato e le storie d'amore travagliate come l'anima e la vita del dottore e di Lara; forse un po' troppe coincidenza, ma immagino abbiano un senso in una visione di più ampio respiro del contesto storico e della visione dell'autore, che però ignoro.

Beautifully translated writing...an amazing story...a challenging read at times...a sadness seems always in the surface...watching the movie will never be the same....again
