This was a re-read, I think I read the Samuel Butler translation back in high school. I really liked this Emily Wilson translation, and I think I heard Emily Wilson is translating the Iliad, but that would be hearsay.
I read this in preparation for reading Ulysses by James Joyce.

Read this way, way back in high school. Loved the story. It wasn't the easiest thing to read but still enjoyable.
