What Members Thought

Elizabeth
The Pickwick Papers is Dicken’s comedy of manners and social commentary on the way member’s of society behaved at the time. Whilst I found parts amusing and it was very well written, I found some of it repetitive and other parts unnecessary. There are also so many characters many of whom make reappearances that it can become a little bit confusing.
