I am very fond of F. Scott Fitzgerald's writing and have been ever since reading "Love of the Last Tycoon". I loved this book but really wish I had reread it awhile back, before the film came out and refreshed my memory of the story. I think the magic of his story was lost on me due to my recent viewing of the film. Ugh. Disappointed with myself. ...more
