Before I can live with other folks I’ve got to live with myself. The one thing that doesn’t abide by majority rule is a person’s conscience.
This classic tells a story that tackles racism without ever sounding bitter or preachy. But there’s a lot more to it than that. Told from the viewpoint of a young child, it’s able to use that innocence, pure sense of justice, and the ability to see through hypocrisy and B.S.
