My first Mercedes Thompson book. I liked it!
This book was a great book. I loved that the lead character, Mercy, is very independent and doesn't take any crap from all of the powerful "men" in her life. I think I might have to re-read this one in the future because I think there might be some hidden surprises in the book that I didn't find the first time around. It is a great mystery with a lot of action.
