A Compelling Story
Cradit paints a beautiful and romantic story set against the almost-Gothic backdrop of an island off the coast of Maine. The description of locations are vivid, easily transporting readers to the locations being described.
This novel follows the path of multiple characters, introducing the reader to a full cast while still managing to maintain a clear distinction between each story-line. Each character brings their own unique strengths and complexities to the story. I was partic ...more

The best thing about the "bonus" books, such as this one, is you get to learn the true and full story behind the characters. In this story, we find out why and how Ana ends up in Maine. But it doesn't stop there! We know these books too well. You know Cradit couldn't just leave it there.

I can't get enough of this series. So here we get to know more about the characters that will become extremely important in this series. We see how Ana finds in a way what she was looking for and a little bit more. Her interactions with the brothers are entertaining and a very complex threesome that you learn to love and hate. This series is a most read full of supernatural suspense, love and understanding.

i was given this for an honest review and it is a very fast paced, but I couldn't put it down. Ana goes to Maine to try to start over, but coming from the south she's not ready for the way the locals treat her. shrs not ready for the winter storm coming. The story is a crazy journey of emotions. But it is a good one.
