What Members Thought
I nearly gave this book 3 stars - it was hard for me to get into at first. I wasn’t crazy about the structure (no chapters, no quote marks) but about a quarter of the way in it made so much sense why. This is not a happy, feel good book. It’s terrible and hopeful even when it seems like it shouldn’t be. A bit repetitive at times but overall I really enjoyed it.
One of the saddest books I've read in a long time. It is a book full of saddness, loss, despair, death and just a drop of hope.
