What Members Thought
I was interested in reading this after knowing several others who read the book. I tells of the horrible conditions in the hospital and the life and death decisions that had to be made on the spur of the moment with no time to think or analyze. It is frightening to think of! But for me the book got mired down in details and minutiae of different reports and accounts of the time.
