Why did I read that so fast? I can't last until September now.... "want to read" for Shield? Ha! More like "I NEED TO READ THIS BOOK NOW I CAN'T SURVIVE WITHOUT IT."

Even with 30 pages, Rachael can write a captivating story to keep her readers addicted. Keep up the good writing, Rachael! :D

I love that we get little snippets of this world in between novels. It's always interesting to have a back story and makes me even more excited for Shield. Even in 30 pages, Rachael's writing is captivating and she continues to keep her readers interested (in my case, attached) to the world of the Spark trilogy. 'Black Room' and now this short story 'Scar Tissue' just add that something extra to this already amazing series! Rachael Craw is a fantastic author when it comes to creating well-developed and complex characters with unique pasts and abilities.
