What Members Thought
I enjoyed the book and will probably give it a 3.5, but I haven't read the second (or third - duh) book yet, so some of the plot lines don't make sense and that annoys me at the end of the first book. I don't understand the purpose of some characters, and my writer's brain feels they should have been on the editing room floor.

A little rambling.
This is a beautifully-written, engrossing read that I am calling a fantasy for want of a better word. I am looking forward to reading Book 2!
Tried to like the character again but he is SUCH A BRO. The story stands up to a second reading and the narrator is really good.
Listened to this on books on Tape. Great way to "read" it!
